Delete Account

Information on how to delete your Medipocket account and what data is removed.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Profile information
  • Personal details
  • Medical records stored in your account
  • Uploaded documents
  • App preferences

How to delete your account

Users can delete their account from the Medipocket app by following this flow:

  1. Open the Medipocket app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Select Delete My Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.
